People Born in Syracuse
Syracuse in People's Lives
Megyn Kelly: I was born here in 1970. My father was a professor at the State University of New York at Albany, and my mother stayed at home to raise my brother and I. Our family is of part Italian descent. In 1979, when I was 9 years old, my family relocated to Bethlehem, New York, where I spent the remainder of my childhood and teenage years. I moved back to this city in 1988, at the age of 18, to attend Syracuse University. I was a dedicated student, a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority, and graduated with a political science degree in 1992. After that, I moved to Albany to attend law school.
