Berkeley Castle
Berkeley is a small town in the county of Gloucestershire in southwestern England, on the River Severn. It is located halfway between Bristol and Gloucester. 

It was first mentioned in history in 824, then known as "Berclea." During the Middle Ages, it was a busy business and religious market town.

Today, Berkeley is mainly known for its Berkeley Castle, and the tourism that the castle draws to the town.
